Different Categories of AllMax Dealers
Certified Dealer
- Receive one licensed copy of each AllMax program for use in sales activities.
- Purchase AllMax software for resale at 70% of the published price.
- 10% commission on tech services, training and user count increases, sold by the Certified Dealer, provided by AllMax
- 20% commission on support renewals on accounts established by the Certified Dealer.
- AllMax may offer dealers special opportunities to reinstate support on existing AllMax accounts that have been allowed to lapse. Certified Dealers will receive 50% of the reinstatement fee and an additional 20% for subsequent renewal of reinstated products.
- AllMax will provide support to Certified Dealers in sales efforts. More information on types of support provided is available from the liason.
Direct Dealer
- 10% commission on referrals received that result in a sale.
- Receive complimentary copies of AllMax Software programs. A Direct Dealer is considered "active" upon acceptance of the program and completion of a one-hour on-line training session.
- AllMax will provide support in sales efforts. Information on the types of support is available from the AllMax dealer liason.
- Direct Dealers maintain 'active' status based on annual activity. Criteria include referrals, quality of leads referred, completion of ongoing training sessions for each new product release, etc.
